Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Jypto, we pride ourselves on transparency and customer satisfaction. Here’s our shipping policy:

Shipping Charges:

  • We provide fast shipping across India for all orders above ₹500.
  • For orders below ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Timeline:

  • We understand that your time is valuable. Your order will typically be delivered within 12 to 15 days as our products are shipped from international markets.

Shipping Days:

  • We primarily ship on weekdays; however, we also process orders on Saturdays and Sundays. All shipments are handled by reputable courier services.

Multiple Deliveries:

  • Each order will be shipped to a single destination. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please inform us in advance via a message or call.

Order Condition:

  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care at jyptoofficial@gmail.com with your order reference number.

We will make every effort to ensure a replacement delivery is made to you as soon as possible.

Invoices:

  • All products, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Please note that orders above ₹5000 will not be eligible for COD. Customers are required to make payment online via Net Banking, UPI, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
